No-Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bites
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, plus more for sprinkling
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
3. Add pretzels to the bowl and gently fold them into the peanut butter mixture until all pretzels are coated.
4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and place bite-sized mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
5. Drizzle caramel sauce over each pretzel bite.
6. Sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt on top of each bite for that perfect salted caramel balance.
7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
