Baked Onion Beef Fried Rice with Veggies π

β’ 2 cups cooked rice (best if itβs day-old)
β’ 1 lb ground beef
β’ 1 large onion, diced
β’ 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
β’ 2 tbsp soy sauce
β’ 1 tbsp oyster sauce
β’ 2 garlic cloves, minced
β’ 1 tbsp vegetable oil
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
β’ 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
2οΈβ£ Heat oil in a skillet, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
3οΈβ£ Add diced onion and garlic, sautΓ© until soft and fragrant.
4οΈβ£ Stir in the mixed veggies, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
5οΈβ£ Add the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps, then stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
