- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for slurry)
- 1 cup steamed jasmine rice
- Garnish: sesame seeds & sliced green onions

1️⃣ **Sauté the Chicken:**
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ **Cook the Vegetables:**
