🛒 Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed 🍗
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1/2 red bell pepper, diced 🌶️
1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced 🌶️
1 garlic clove, minced 🧄
1/2 tsp black pepper 🌿
1/2 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
Salt to taste 🧂
1 cup cooked white rice 🍚

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is browned. Add in garlic and bell peppers, and stir-fry for another 4–5 minutes until the veggies are slightly tender. Serve hot with a portion of fluffy cooked rice.
