Turmeric Fried Rice
This turmeric fried rice is a vibrant and easy recipe to make. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or dinner!
You need:
2 cups cooked rice (day old rice)
2 cup mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon oil
4 cloves garlic, I love more garlic
1/2 onion sliced
Steps:
In a pan, add oil. Saute the onions till translucent. Add garlic and saute till fragrant. Add rice and mix well till combined. Add the turmeric powder, mixed vegetables, salt and pepper. Mix well till thoroughly blended. Cook and stirring occasionally till all mixture is piping hot. Remove from heat. Enjoy!
