🛒 Ingredients:
For the Bowl:
2 salmon fillets 🐟
1 cup cooked jasmine or sushi rice 🍚
1 avocado, halved and sliced 🥑
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (some halved) 🍅
1/2 cup sweet corn 🌽
1/2 cucumber, sliced 🥒
1 tsp black sesame seeds
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
For the Dressing:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey 🍯
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
👩🍳 Instructions:
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry them for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly crisp on the outside. In a small bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients. In a serving bowl, layer the cooked rice in the center, then arrange avocado, cherry tomatoes, corn, and cucumber around it. Top with grilled salmon, drizzle with the dressing, and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Serve warm or cold!

You can swap the salmon for grilled tofu or chicken for a different variation. Add a soft-boiled egg for extra richness! 🥚
