🥜 Peanut Butter Crunch Lasagna

Ingredients:
Crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed peanut butter cookies
1/4 cup melted butter
Layers:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided
2 (3.9 oz) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 cup chopped peanut butter cups or chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the Crust:
Combine crushed peanut butter cookies and melted butter.
Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish. Chill in the fridge while preparing the next layer.
2️⃣ Cream Cheese Layer:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
3️⃣ Pudding Layer:
In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
Spread pudding over the peanut butter layer.
4️⃣ Top and Chill:
Spread remaining whipped topping on top.
Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, or peanuts.
5️⃣ Chill to Set:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow layers to firm up.
