Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Mango Salsa:

1 mango, diced
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
1 lime, juiced
Salt to taste
For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Prep the Salmon: In a bowl, combine salmon fillets, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss to coat.
