FRY PAN BREAD
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons of fat (butter, margarine, or shortening)
1/3 cup water
Mix dry ingredients, cut in fat until crumbly, add water and mix till dough forms. Form into 1 inch rounds and cook in lightly oiled, warmed skillet on both sides until bread is cooked through and nicely browned.
Serve warm plain or with whipped butter, peanut butter, hummus.
