Cookie Dough Snickers & Reese's Ice Cream
Ingredients:
For the Edible Cookie Dough:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
For the Ice Cream Base:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Candy Mix-ins:
1/2 cup chopped Snickers
1/2 cup chopped Reeseās (cups or pieces)
Extra drizzle of melted peanut butter or chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
2. Add milk and vanilla extract; mix well.
3. Stir in heat-treated flour, salt, and mini chocolate chips. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
5. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
6. Gently fold in the prepared cookie dough chunks, chopped Snickers, and chopped Reese's.
7. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.
8. Top with extra candy chunks and melted peanut butter or chocolate drizzle, if desired.
9. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
