Peanutbutter & sugar free chocolate chip cookies. 1 ½ cups peanut butter, I used chunky. 1 egg. Mix well. Put in chaffle maker. Put a couple chips on top, push in with a fork. 4 min. In chaffel maker. While hot I put a couple more chips on top.
So good. Made 4 cookies.
