🌟 Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
1 lb (450g) ground beef or lamb 🥩
1/2 cup breadcrumbs 🍞
1 egg 🥚
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt 🧂
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking) 🫒
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup Greek yogurt 🥛
1/2 cucumber, grated & squeezed 🥒
1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 🌿
1/2 tsp salt
For the Bowl:
2 cups cooked quinoa or rice 🍚
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1/2 red onion, sliced 🧅
1/2 cucumber, diced 🥒
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled 🧀
1/4 cup kalamata olives 🫒
Fresh parsley or mint for garnish 🌿
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned and fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all tzatziki ingredients in a bowl. Assemble bowls with quinoa or rice as the base, then top with meatballs, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, and olives. Drizzle with tzatziki, garnish with fresh herbs, and enjoy!

✨ Notes & Variations: Swap quinoa for couscous, add hummus for extra creaminess, or use chicken instead of beef/lamb.
