Shrimp Egg Foo Young!

An easy and delicious meal you can make for your family. Great source of proteins andd veggies. I love it.

Recipe:
7 eggs
1 cup shrimp (deveined)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups bean sprouts
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
Oil to fry

Steps:
In a large bowl, add eggs, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper and sesame oil. Mix well. Then, add bean sprouts, shrimp and onions. Mix will combine.

In a large frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of oil. Using 1/3 cup, scoop the mixture and fry in the pan in medium heat until golden brown on each side. Repeat the process until done. Serve with rice and egg foo young sauce/gravy. Enjoy!

Egg Foo Young Gravy

Recipe:
2 tablespoons salted butter
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 garlic clove minced
2 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Steps:
In a pan, add butter. Let it melts, then saute the garlic. Add cornstarch to make a roux. Whisk until golden brown. Add chicken stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce and the rest of the ingredients. Let it boils. Then, Continue whisking until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
