Pork Chop Supreme
Description:
Tender pork chops baked in a creamy, savory sauce. It’s a no-fuss comfort food classic — great with mashed potatoes or rice.
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: 1/2 cup French-fried onions for topping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a skillet, heat oil and brown pork chops (2–3 minutes per side).
In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, and paprika.
Spread a small amount of the sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Lay pork chops over the sauce. Pour the rest on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes.
Optional: uncover, top with French-fried onions, and bake 5 more minutes.
