Chicken and Broccoli Rice Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
4. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
