- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup water
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce

- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions:
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
