πͺ Monster Cookie Dough Dip πͺ
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup mini M&Ms
Graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Flour: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Spread the flour evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 5β7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 160Β°F (71Β°C). Let it cool completely before using.
Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and salt, blending well.
Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually stir in the cooled, heat-treated flour until fully incorporated. Fold in the rolled oats, ensuring theyβre evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Incorporate Mix-Ins: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini M&Ms, reserving a small handful of each for garnish if desired.
Chill and Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Before serving, sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips and M&Ms on top for a colorful finish. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit slices.
