Moist banana bread loaded with creamy peanut butter and chunks of Reeseās for the ultimate sweet snack or dessert!
š Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup creamy peanut butter
ā
cup melted butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup chopped Reeseās Peanut Butter Cups (plus a few extra for topping)
šŖ Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5" loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Add Dry Ingredients:
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in Reeseās:
Gently fold in chopped Reeseās cups.
Bake:
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Top with extra Reeseās pieces if desired. Bake for 50ā60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean (a little chocolate smudge is okay!).
Cool & Serve:
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temp.
