What Youâll Need:
⢠8 slices of soft sandwich bread (crusts off)
⢠Peanut butter
⢠Nutella or chocolate spread
⢠2 medium eggs
⢠50ml milk
⢠1 tsp vanilla extract
⢠3 tbsp granulated sugar
⢠1 tsp cinnamon (optional, but amazing)

How to Make:
Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
Spread peanut butter and Nutella over each slice.
Roll up tightly and set aside.
Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow bowl.
Dip each roll in the mixture, coating all sides.
Cook on a nonstick pan over medium heat until golden and crisp.
Roll in a mix of sugar and cinnamon while warm.
Drizzle with melted peanut butter before serving. (Yes, please.)
