Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon 🦀🦐🔥

📝 Ingredients:
1 large salmon fillet (butterflied)
6–8 jumbo shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 cup lump crab meat
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter (for lemon herb butter)
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or thyme)
Lemon wedges for serving
👩🍳 Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line with parchment.
Make the Stuffing:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, mozzarella, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and crab meat until creamy.
Stuff the Salmon:
Open the butterflied salmon fillet and spread the crab mixture evenly inside. Fold the top over to enclose the filling.
Top with Shrimp:
Arrange shrimp over the top of the salmon. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Bake:
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and shrimp are pink.
Prepare Lemon Herb Butter:
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in lemon zest and chopped herbs. Drizzle over salmon before serving.
Serve with: Roasted veggies, rice, or mashed potatoes for a complete gourmet meal.
