1⁄4 🍯 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
1 🥄 tablespoon olive oil
1 🍋 tablespoon lemon juice
1⁄4 🌶️ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
