🍪🥜 Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites – Irresistible & Gooey!
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup peanut butter (creamy)
¾ cup mini chocolate chips
12 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ In another bowl, beat butter, sugars, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
4️⃣ Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough into each mini muffin cup. Press lightly to flatten.
5️⃣ Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately press a mini Reese’s cup into each cookie bite.
6️⃣ Let cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Enjoy warm or at room temp!
