🥜 Creamy Cashew Butter Sauce
• ¼ cup cashew butter
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp sriracha (or to taste)
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 2–3 tbsp warm water (to thin)



🍚 Optional: Rice or Quinoa Base
• 1½ cups cooked jasmine rice or quinoa for serving
Sesame seeds or crushed cashews for garnish



🔥 Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken
• Marinate chicken in soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes (or up to an hour).
Grill over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Set aside to rest before slicing.



2. Mix the Cashew Butter Sauce
