Ground Beef Stir Fry
**Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Β½ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
