Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef ๐
1 packet taco seasoning ๐ถ๏ธ
1/4 cup water ๐ง
2 large tortillas ๐ฏ
1 cup Spanish rice ๐
1 cup nacho cheese ๐ง
smoky chipotle sauce ๐ช๏ธ
Directions:
1. In a skillet, start by browning the ground beef over medium heat until it's cooked through. Donโt forget to drain any excess fat for a lighter bite!
2. Next, sprinkle in that taco seasoning and pour in the water. Stir it all together and let it simmer for about 5 minutes so those flavors meld beautifully.
3. While your beef is simmering, whip up some Spanish rice in a separate pot according to the package instructions.
4. Grab a tortilla and lay it flat. Slather half of that gooey nacho cheese right on top. Yummy!
