Ingredients:
For the Chicken in Creamy Garlic Sauce:
2 chicken breasts, cubed π
1 tbsp olive oil π«
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
200ml heavy cream π₯
1 tsp paprika πΆ
Β½ tsp dried thyme πΏ
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley πΏ
For the Roasted Potatoes:
300g baby potatoes, halved π₯
1 tbsp olive oil π«
Β½ tsp garlic powder π§
Β½ tsp paprika πΆ
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Rice:
1 cup basmati rice π
2 cups water
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Potatoes: Preheat the oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Cook the Rice: Rinse the rice under cold water, then bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add rice and salt, cover, and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and sear until golden brown. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Make the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream, add paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Stir in parsley.
Serve & Enjoy: Plate the rice, roasted potatoes, and creamy garlic chicken. Garnish with extra parsley.
