1 cup cooked white rice 🍚
1/2 cup corn kernels 🌽
1 tbsp butter (for the corn)
1 tsp lime juice
Chopped cilantro for garnish 🌿
Lime wedges for serving 🍋
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
