Classic Cheese and Onion Quiche ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿง…๐Ÿฅง
This classic quiche is light, savoury, and perfect for lunch or as part of a picnic spread. A crisp pastry base is filled with creamy cheese, sweet onions, and a rich egg custard. Letโ€™s get baking!
Ingredients:
For the Pastry:

Method:
1. Prepare the Pastry:
