Ingredients
500 g shrimp (cleaned and shelled, optionally leave the tail on).
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter.
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for a spicy touch).
Salt and pepper to taste.
Juice of half a lemon.
Chopped fresh parsley (to garnish).
Instructions
1. Prepare the shrimp:
Rinse the shrimp and dry them well with absorbent paper.
2. Marinade:
In a bowl, mix the shrimp with the chopped garlic, olive oil (or butter), paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
3. Airfryer Cooking:
Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes. Place the shrimp in a single layer inside the basket (you can use perforated wax paper if you prefer). Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through.
4. Serve:
Remove the shrimp from the Airfryer, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
