Homemade Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream (more as needed for consistency)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat butter and peanut butter until completely smooth and creamy.
Add in vanilla extract and salt. Gradually mix in powdered sugar, one cup at a time.
Add heavy cream a tablespoon at a time and beat until light and fluffy.
Adjust consistency with more cream or sugar as needed.
