Savory Beef & Mushroom Stew 🍄🥩
Hearty, rich, and full of flavor—perfect over mashed potatoes or rice!
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp flour
3 cups beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp oil
Directions:
1. In a pot, heat oil and brown the beef on all sides.
2. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle in flour, stir well.
4. Pour in broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
5. Simmer covered for 1.5–2 hours until beef is tender and sauce is thick.
