For the Avocado Salsa:

Cherry tomatoes β 1 cup, halved

πΏ Cilantro β 2 tbsp, chopped
π Lime juice β 1 tbsp

Directions:
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and let it marinate for 10 minutes (or longer for deeper flavor).
Grill the Chicken: Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.
Prepare the Salsa: In a bowl, combine avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
Assemble the Bowl: Place the salsa in a bowl and top with the sliced grilled chicken. Garnish with extra cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
