Chicken with Vegetables Fried in Wok with Soy Sauce 🥦

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 carrot, thinly sliced

1 small onion, sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

1 tsp sesame oil

Black pepper to taste

Cooked rice (for serving)

Directions:

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add bell peppers, broccoli, carrot, and onion.

Stir-fry the vegetables for 4–6 minutes until tender-crisp.

Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Return the chicken to the wok with the vegetables.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and a little black pepper. Toss everything together to coat evenly.

Cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Serve hot over rice and enjoy!
