Garlic Green Beans Stir Fry
Freshly picked green beans from my garden. I love how crispy tender and garlicky it was! Love the flavor!
Need:
3 cups green beans
4-5 cloves garlic minced
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Water for boiling
Wash and clean green beans. Trimmed on both ends.
In a pot, add water and let it boils. After it reach boiling point, add the green beans and blanched for 1 minute. Then remove from heat and place in a bowl with ice cubes. Wipe dry.
In a pan, add oil and saute garlic till fragrant. Toss the green beans and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!

So Easy Broccoli and Mushrooms Stirfry
So tasty and delicious recipe which is very easy to make with just few ingredients.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oil to saute
1- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
3 cloves garlic minced
3 cups broccoli sliced (1 large crown)
Sauce:
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
1/2 tsp honey (sugar)
Salt and pepper to taste
In a cup or small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
In a small pot, blanch the broccoli for 1 minute or microwave with water for 2 minutes. Set aside.
In a large pan, add oil and saute the mushrooms for about 2 minutes in medium heat. Then, add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add the sauce and broccoli. Mix well till combined and until sauce thickens for about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add ground black pepper to taste. Serve on top of rice or noodles. Enjoy!

Delicious Beef noodles stirfry
Recipe:
1 cup beef strips plus 1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 Onion sliced
1 cup bell pepper strips
Handfull of broccoli, sliced
1 pack thai noodles or udon noodles cooked according to package instructions or any noodles of choice (8 oz pack)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp oil for frying/sauteing
ground black pepper to taste
Steps:
In a pan, heat oil. Add strips of beef. Fry till golden brown. Set aside.
In the same pan, Add sliced onions saute till tender. Add bell peppers and noodles. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, kale and fried beef. Stir fry for another 2 minutes until sauce is fully combine. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Remove from heat. Enjoy!
