Spicy Korean Meatball Pasta Bowls

Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground pork
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Bowls:

1 lb spaghetti
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions:

Make the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, panko, onion, garlic, egg, soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well until just combined.
Form the Meatballs: Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Cook the Meatballs: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Cook the Pasta: Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Assemble the Bowls: Divide the spaghetti between two bowls. Top with the meatballs, mozzarella cheese, and sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Tips:

For a spicier dish, add more gochujang and sriracha.
You can use any type of ground meat you like, such as ground beef or ground turkey.
Serve the bowls with your favorite sides, such as kimchi, pickled vegetables, or a green salad.
