🥧 Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
½ cup heavy cream
Instructions:
1️⃣ Make Peanut Butter Filling:
In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
2️⃣ Assemble Pie:
Spoon peanut butter mixture into graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
3️⃣ Prepare Chocolate Topping:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
Let it cool slightly.
4️⃣ Top the Pie:
Pour chocolate mixture over chilled peanut butter layer.
Spread evenly and chill for another 2–3 hours, or until firm.
