This is a beef rice a roni meal idea with add-ons.
2 boxes of beef rice a roni
1 lb of ground beef
1 can of corn, drained
1 can of cream of mushroom
Brown ground beef in large skillet, cook and drain, set aside. In same skillet, following the directions on the box, cook the beef rice a roni with the exception of about hlaf a cup less of water. Add the groubd beef, corn and cream of mushroom soup right after you add the rice and powder mix. It will still be about same cooking time and heat setting.
This just one variation to try. Can do other add-ons and can try the other different flavored Rice a Roni.
