Baked Onion Beef Fried Rice 🍚
So good my husband eats 4 bowls in one go!
🍖 You’ll Need:
• 2 cups cooked rice (day-old is best)
• 1 lb ground beef, 1 large onion, 2 cloves garlic
• 1 cup mixed veggies
• 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce
• Salt, pepper, oil, green onions
👉 Cook beef, onions & garlic. Add veggies & rice. Stir in sauces, season, bake at 350°F for 15–20 mins until crispy!
