🍗 For the Grilled Chicken:
2 chicken breasts, butterflied or sliced
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, minced 🧄
1 tsp dried herbs (basil or oregano) 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
Optional: squeeze of lemon 🍋
🥗 For the Veggie Bowl:
1 avocado, sliced 🥑
1 cup broccoli florets, steamed or sautéed 🥦
10–12 cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
Olive oil and red chili flakes (optional)
Salt to taste
👨🍳 Instructions:
Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Grill on medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side or until fully cooked and nicely charred. Meanwhile, steam or sauté the broccoli with a pinch of salt. Arrange everything in a bowl or plate: grilled chicken, avocado slices (sprinkled with chili flakes if desired), steamed broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Serve immediately and enjoy fresh!
