Ingredients:

1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more, to taste)

1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced
1/2 red onion, finely diced
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Chipotle Crema:

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers in adobo
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Salt to taste

For the Bowl:

1 cup cooked quinoa or rice
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1 avocado, sliced
Optional toppings: shredded cabbage, corn, other vegetables

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Blackened Salmon: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, and salt. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillet.

2. Cook the Salmon: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly blackened. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of your fillet.
