🛒 Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold) 🍚
250 g beef steak, diced 🥩
1 tbsp vegetable oil 🛢️
1/2 cup peas 🟢
1/2 cup sweet corn 🌽
1/2 cup diced carrots 🥕
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 🌶️
2 tbsp soy sauce 🥢
Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
Optional: green onions or sesame seeds for garnish 🌿
👨🍳 Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pan or wok. Add beef cubes and sear until browned. Add carrots and bell pepper, sauté for a few minutes, then stir in peas and corn. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Pour in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry everything together for 5–7 minutes until heated through and well combined. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired and serve hot.
💡 Tip:
Use day-old rice for the best texture. You can also add a scrambled egg or chili flakes for variation.
