• Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 4–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
• Flip and cook for another 4 minutes.
• Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar in a small bowl, then pour over the chicken.
• Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
• Spoon sauce over chicken before serving.
