Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup salted butter
- ½ cup milk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick-cook oats
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
2. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
3. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
4. Add quick-cook oats and mix thoroughly until all oats are coated with the chocolate peanut butter mixture.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper.
6. Allow cookies to cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or until firm.
