The Best No Bake Cookies!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder.
2. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Let it boil for 1 minute without stirring.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and immediately stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
4. Quickly add the oats and mix thoroughly until all oats are coated.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper and let cool at room temperature until set, about 30 minutes.
6. Once hardened, store the cookies in an airtight container.
