SAYONGSONG RECIPE
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup glutinous rice flour
1 1/2 cup rice flour
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups coconut milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup crushed roasted peanuts
Procedure : 1. In a bowl,combine glutinous rice flour and rice flour
2. Add sugar and salt,3 cups of coconut milk,gradually add coconut milk and mix well to combine. 3. Add 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence,and 1/4 cup coarsely roasted peanut but this is optional. 4. Set aside for 30 minutes for the rice flour to set,and make banana leaf cones. 5. After making the banana leaf cones put in a rice cooker steamer in a standing position. 6. Pour in the mixture in the cones and steam for 30-35 minutes. Then serve warm.
