🇮🇹 Risotto alla Pescatora
A seafood risotto full of shrimp, mussels, and calamari, cooked with arborio rice and a rich seafood broth. Perfect for seafood lovers!
Ingredients:
• Arborio rice: 1 cup (200 g)
• Mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, squid)
• Fish or vegetable broth: 4 cups
• Onion, finely chopped
• Garlic, minced
• White wine
• Olive oil
• Fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic.
2️⃣ • Add seafood and cook lightly, then remove.
3️⃣ • Add arborio rice and toast for 1–2 minutes.
4️⃣ • Pour in white wine, let absorb.
5️⃣ • Gradually stir in broth until rice becomes creamy.
6️⃣ • Return seafood to the pan and finish with parsley.
