Instructions:
Sauté garlic and onion in a pan, then add diced chicken and cook until golden. Toss in bell peppers and stir-fry until crisp-tender. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and cornstarch, then pour into the pan. Let it simmer until thick and glossy. Serve over a bed of fluffy white rice.
