I’m a chef and I’m adding a vegan entree option to my menu and want advice on which of these 3 you vote for:
1. Garbanzo, sweet potato, spinach coconut stew over brown rice
2. Grilled Portabella mushroom sandwich in a keiser bun with side salad
3. Spaghetti primavera with zucchini onion bell pepper and mushroom in marinara.
Or you have a cool dish you think is menu-worthy.
