1 tsp sweet paprika

1/2 tsp dried herbs (basil, thyme, or oregano) ๐ŸŒฟ

Salt & pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚

150 ml chicken broth (about 2/3 cup) ๐Ÿฒ

100 ml heavy cream or crรจme fraรฎche ๐Ÿฅ›

1 tsp tomato paste ๐Ÿ…

Fresh parsley for garnish ๐ŸŒฑ

For the Rice:

1 cup white rice ๐Ÿš

Salt to taste

Optional: fresh parsley or butter for flavor

Cook rice in salted water according to package instructions. Meanwhile, season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sautรฉ onion, garlic, and bell pepper for 3โ€“4 minutes. Stir in paprika, herbs, and tomato paste. Deglaze with chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add cream and return chicken to the pan. Simmer covered for 10โ€“12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens. Serve over rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
