β€’ 1 1/4 cups (300 g) natural peanut butter
β€’ 1 1/2 cups + 2 tablespoons (200 g) powdered sugar
β€’ β…“ cup (80 ml) heavy cream
β€’ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the chocolate ganache:
β€’ 100 g dark chocolate (3.5 oz), chopped
β€’ Β½ cup (120 ml) heavy cream

1️⃣ Make the cake:
1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F). Grease two 20 cm pans and line the bottoms with parchment paper. Dust the sides with cocoa.
